It is a very, very sturdy basket, and the swinging handles add charm, and practicality to it!

Keep in mind all baskets are handwoven, using no mould, so sizes will vary slightly. I also make my own stain from pecan shells which I dip the baskets into, giving them an 'antiqued' look. I then finish the basket with a wood protectant/sealer. My baskets are MADE TO USE! :)

This beautiful basket is one of my personal favorites, and is one I especially like to take to the supermarket with me. It sits two gallon jugs of milk nicely in the bottom, then has room to pile all your cheese products, or produce on top! A very comfortable basket to carry with the woven handles, it is also very strong and will tote all you can fit into it quite easily! Unlike my other baskets, i spray paint this one for the white look, then accent it with a burlap ribbon and bow, for a fun texture combination. High arching handles give you the option of filling this one a little fuller.
Measure a generous 9" x 17" at the top opening, with approx 13" high woven sides. *Keep in mind that sizes will vary slightly, as I hand weave these with no moulds.*
